ATRF conference

The Research Centre for Integrated Transport Innovation (rCITI) and Transport for NSW's Bureau of Transport Statistics hosted the 37th Australasian Transport Research Forum (ATRF 2015), 30 September – 2 October 2015 at the UNSW CBD Campus.

The ATRF is the main transport planning, policy and research forum for both the public and private sectors in Australasia. This annual event brings together academics, practitioners and those with an interest in transport to share in the latest research and initiatives.

rCITI student Edward Robson received the David Willis Best Poster Award for his poster "Integrated Transport and Computable General Equilibrium Modelling for Household Trips".

David Willis Best poster honourable mentions were awarded to 3 posters, 2 from rCITI: -

  • Sai Chand, Neeraj Saxena, Nima Amini, Melissa Duell, Hanna Grzybowska and Travis Waller  - "Regional Dynamic Traffic Assignment Model for Sydney: Lessons Learnt in Developing Input Data".
  • Jean Vo, Emily Moylan and Travis Waller - "A Queuing Approach to Transport Infrastructure Planning for a New Stadium"
